International Advertising Festival 100W Posted: 02 Feb 2009 05:10 AM CST This is an annual advertising festival called 100 watts, which has a history of more than 18 years already. The theme for this year was ‘Awarding Effective Advertising’, which basically means the supreme impact of ads such that they can sell things to people who absolutely have no need of them.
