Posted: 09 Sep 2009 05:45 AM PDT I am all for appreciating artistic talent we see around the world everyday, but when is art something to appreciate and when is it a hidden danger? Sure it looks cool to do some street art, but when you get caught up checking out cool drawings in the middle of Madison Ave that could be scary!
